It is our policy to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of our employees whilst at work, and to have due regard for visiting and neighbouring members of the public.
With this intention, we shall provide funds, materials and staff, together with the necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to:
- provide a working environment which is safe and without risk to health, and provide adequate facilities and arrangements for employee welfare
- maintain the place of work in a condition that is safe and without risk to health
- operate a system of assessing risk when required by regulation
- maintain plant and systems of work that are safe and without risk to health
- provide an ongoing programme of assessment of employee exposure to all risks at work.
